The Oberoi Beach Resort, Sahl Hasheesh

The hotel provided a sense of calm and tranquility that set the tone for a truly relaxing stay. We opted for Private pool villa and loved it. Especially the private terrace and pool, clean bathroom and amazing bed. Majority of staff were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure every need was met. Whether it was suprising our daughter with festive decorations for her birthday or offering recommendations for restaurants. A special thanks to Mohammed and Kerim (Housekeeping), Ramy and Bahgat (Front desk), Awal (Restaurant) just to name a few. Unfortunately a few staff members fell short in providing same level of outstanding service. Beach is relaxing and quite with excellent snorkeling/diving experience. Also the main pool area is beautiful with great views of Red Sea. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options. A few minor improvements: - Slippers in the room were really uncomfortable compared to high quality slipper at other Oberoi hotels we stayed at. - WiFi is poor in almost all common areas (however we learned at check out that a portable WiFi router can be borrowed from reception)

The word perfect won't do this Resort justice, the whole experience was awesome, the food is delicious and lots of variety, Suite is spacious, clean, and room service is over the top; twice a day they make sure you don't need anything, you feel that everyone is looking to serve you with a smile and without any return (if you know what I mean). Attention to small details is what makes a difference, and the Oberoi Beach Resort did that perfectly.

Everything

Everything in this resort is amazing. My priority, in any resort/hotel, is a quiet place for a good sleep. This resort is so quiet and they preserve it in every detail. You dont hear stuff making noises, bothering guests with machines, no guests are talking loud outside of your room. No loud parties and no music during the day. You can relax and just chill anywhere without being hammered in the head. Amazing time I had. And to add, perfect cleaning, food is so tasteful and all stuff is super nice. Location is also something else. Away from all the city noise and all you can hear are the waves and birds!!

We had the most memorable stay at The Oberoi Sahl Hasheesh. We stayed for 7 nights and it felt amazing. Even though it’s not a new establishment, it’s well maintained and everything was kept very clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the pillows! Oh my.. The pillows were like sleeping on clouds!! Even the shower gels are of good quality. As for the entire team, I would like to extend our heartfelt thanks for their generosity, warmth, and kindness. The thoughtful upgrade was a lovely gesture, but what truly touched us was the way we were cared for from the beginning to the end. We never felt like just guests, but rather like valued family members. Every department contributed to making our stay unforgettable, from the Management, restaurants, reception, housekeeping, and spa to the pool. Each interaction was filled with genuine hospitality, professionalism and the attention to detail made us feel completely at home. The best resorts in the world are defined not only by their beauty but by their people, and in this The Oberoi Sahl Hasheesh truly excels. Each of them went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, and we are truly grateful. Our time at The Oberoi Sahl Hasheesh will remain in our hearts with great fondness.
