The Oberoi Beach Resort, Sahl Hasheesh

The Oberoi experience was unique. We have spent many nights worldwide however from luxurious experience, The Oberoi is one of the top we liked & enjoyed. The resort is a perfect fit for honeymooners and those who seeks privacy. I really want to specially thank Ms. Marlin, for her concern making sure our stay is perfect. As well, special thanks to all the staff who work to make us enjoyed and comfortable.

Attention to details, guests were made feel at home by the caring staff which was extraordinary focused to serve customers. Really a big thank you to the fantastic Oberoi staff! We really felt cared for by everyone. They even prepared special food for our ten months old baby. The manager came to check on us regularly and everyone made us feel at home. Also the quiet, beautiful Nubian style wide spread out property was wonderful. We valued having privacy on the beach, no hassle and pure relaxation in a calming atmosphere. Rare to find such places like the Oberoi around Hurghada that is packed with mostly massive all inclusive loud animation tourist hubs. Def will stay again at the Oberoi when visiting Hurghada! We already look forward to it ☺️!!

We enjoyed a high level of courteous, professional and respectful service from the minute we arrived to the last minute when we left. The staff at all levels from top management, reception, restaurants, housekeeping and swimming pools and beach staff, they all provided the same standard of hospitality and professional attention to the minute details without individual discrepancies in their attitudes. They all bend over backwards to make sure you are happy and satisfied, if it is doable they will do it for you , sometimes even before you ask them. Maybe the management would like to consider the following : 1. To provide a brochure regarding the hotel facilities. We did not know for example that there is a library next to the reception or the diving centre provides snorkelling trips. Also there are no books in Arabic language. 2. In addition to the tennis court perhaps provision of table tennis and archery range will enrich the sporting experience during the holiday.

Snorkelling and Diving from the Hotel jetty was magnificent. Fantastic array of fish and a great dive centre make it truly memorable. Can't wait to get back.

More than amazing . . Privacy, clean, the suits design v different and comfortable . . Facilities more than perfect the stuff are amazing and do anything to make u happy big thanks to Mr. Maher reception who works to satisfy us with changing our suit to a better location and he was very keen on that . . Big thank to all the waiters and chief at the restaurant in the breakfast time especially Mr. Sherif, Mr. Mansour, Mr. Rawy ,and a very special thnx to Chef el Hussieny who was v keen to bring me my danish every morning even if it was not in the breakfast for any day 😃 . . Also v thanks to the life guards on the marin (jetty) and the beach guard who proceeded in the first aid for my niece when she hurted in her knee a. If thnx to the golf cart driver Mr. Maher he is a v nice decent man . . Also the facilities like bringing ice box on the beach or the pool . . Complimentary fruits and fruity drinks on both unexpected the avilaibikity of tan oli after sun cream . . Sea shoes is avilable also everything is amazing . . Infinity pooool beyond words . . We enjoyed our stay
