The hotel provided a sense of calm and tranquility that set the tone for a truly relaxing stay. We opted for Private pool villa and loved it. Especially the private terrace and pool, clean bathroom and amazing bed. Majority of staff were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure every need was met. Whether it was suprising our daughter with festive decorations for her birthday or offering recommendations for restaurants. A special thanks to Mohammed and Kerim (Housekeeping), Ramy and Bahgat (Front desk), Awal (Restaurant) just to name a few. Unfortunately a few staff members fell short in providing same level of outstanding service. Beach is relaxing and quite with excellent snorkeling/diving experience. Also the main pool area is beautiful with great views of Red Sea. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options. A few minor improvements: - Slippers in the room were really uncomfortable compared to high quality slipper at other Oberoi hotels we stayed at. - WiFi is poor in almost all common areas (however we learned at check out that a portable WiFi router can be borrowed from reception)

The menu, facilities, the willingness to go out of their way to give you what you want is absolutely great and you feel pampered. The property is very clean, very well maintained and the ‘room’ which is actually like an apartment is also classy in decor and extremely comfortable. We stayed for over 5 nights and the days simply flew by. We love Indian food so the menu was always very much cherished and we ended up exploring all the options, and even requested the chef (Nabendu) for a couple of off-menu items which he readily obliged and got them made for us. Special shout out to Nabendu again for ensuring we were very comfortable, enjoyed our food and shared some tips as well on exploring some options nearby . If you are in 2 minds, don’t think and just go for this property. Go for half-board if possible so you can be a bit more experimenting with your food options.

We really felt cared for by everyone. They even prepared special food for our ten months old baby. The manager came to check on us regularly and everyone made us feel at home. Also the quiet, beautiful Nubian style wide spread out property was wonderful. We valued having privacy on the beach, no hassle and pure relaxation in a calming atmosphere. Rare to find such places like the Oberoi around Hurghada that is packed with mostly massive all inclusive loud animation tourist hubs. Def will stay again at the Oberoi when visiting Hurghada! We already look forward to it ☺️!!
